Located in the Philippines, we engage and delight our customers through years of industry expertise.

We're seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Remote Website Project Manager to join our growing team. In this role, you'll lead the management and smooth operation of various digital projects and provide critical support to the CEO, acting as a trusted point of contact and assisting with a variety of tasks.

The Website Project Manager oversees the Web Development Team and is responsible for planning, monitoring, and auditing ongoing projects to ensure alignment with client requirements and timelines. You will manage the day-to-day operations of digital projects, following meticulous processes to ensure quality and consistency. Your role involves ensuring tasks are completed efficiently, tasks move swiftly to the appropriate team members, and all project deliverables are submitted on time. Knowledge of WordPress website design and development is important, as you will oversee the development of many websites. Familiarity with proper design and development practices is preferred.

As a Website Project Manager, you should use your communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members and clients, ensuring high customer satisfaction. You will manage website projects from start to finish, communicating with clients to gather content, feedback, and ideas.

Experience with ZOHO CRM is a plus but not necessary, as training will be provided. You must be able to work in a team environment.

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage all aspects of website projects from initiation to completion.
• Monitor content creation processes (blogs and service pages).
• Manage website creation, testing, and launching.
• Identify potential risks and proactively resolve issues.
• Suggest process improvements.
• Coordinate with team members to ensure task completion.
• Maintain constant communication with clients via email or phone during development.
• Perform quality checks on work done by developers.
• Handle initial setup tasks such as adding sites to Cloudflare, generating Google Analytics tags, creating development sites, and assigning tasks.
• Research and determine website architecture.
• Collaborate with developers on designing mock-ups.
• Review keywords and SEO strategies.
• Review development sites before client review.

Requirements
