Job summary

The SMB Team is seeking a Project Coordinator to drive website builds from kickoff to delivery. You will ensure strong client communication, maintain timelines in Asana, and coordinate with design, development, content, and SEO teams to deliver high-quality websites.

You will report to the Senior Project Manager (Websites) and help scale our department’s operational capacity through consistent SOP adherence and process improvements.

Qualifications

• Experience in website project management or digital marketing agency environments.
• Familiarity with website builds (WordPress or similar).
• Strong client-facing communication skills on calls and in writing.

Responsibilities

• Website Project Management: manage builds end-to-end, maintain timelines in Asana, coordinate with design, development, content, and SEO; ensure deliverables meet quality standards.
• Client Communication & Relationship Management: be the primary client contact, lead calls, set expectations on scope and timeline, maintain proactive communication.
• Process Execution & Documentation: follow SOPs, maintain documentation in PM and client portals, track feedback, refine templated workflows.
• Team Collaboration & Growth: work with Senior PM to develop full lifecycle skills, participate in meetings, support other project types, pursue independent ownership.
• Demonstrated reliability and responsiveness with clients and internal teams.
