Job summary

SMB Team is seeking a Project Coordinator to drive website builds from kickoff to delivery, ensuring clear client communication, on-time milestones, and quality results.

You will work with design, development, content, and SEO teams, coordinating timelines in Asana and escalating risks as needed. The role offers flexible WFH or office presence and room for growth within the department.

Qualifications

• Experience in website project management or digital marketing agency environments.
• Familiarity with website builds (WordPress or similar) at a basic level.
• Background in client services or account coordination.
• Experience working cross-functionally with design and development teams.
• Exposure to legal marketing or professional services.
• Comfort with SOPs, templated processes, and helping improve operational workflows.
• Strong client-facing communication skills — on calls and in writing.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple active projects simultaneously.
• Familiarity with Asana or comparable project management platforms.

Responsibilities

• Manage website builds end-to-end under guidance of Senior PM (Websites).
• Maintain accurate project timelines in Asana and flag risks or delays.
• Coordinate with internal teams (design, development, content, SEO) to stay on schedule.
• Ensure all deliverables meet quality standards before client review.
• Serve as primary point of contact for clients throughout project lifecycle.
• Lead or participate in client-facing calls for kickoffs, check-ins, and approvals.
• Set expectations on scope, timeline, and next steps at each stage.
• Maintain thorough documentation in project management and client portal platforms.
• Track client feedback and ensure revisions are captured and actioned.
• Assist in developing templated workflows for website project types.
• Collaborate with Senior PM to grow skills across full lifecycle.
• Participate in team meetings and share client insights to improve processes.
• Support coverage for other project types as bandwidth allows.
