Base pay range

$40.00/hr - $45.00/hr

Immediate need for a talented Website production & maintenance Consultant. This is a 12+ Months Contract opportunity with long-term potential and is located in U.S. (Remote). Please review the job description below and contact me ASAP if you are interested.

Pay Range: $40 - $45/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Notes: Typical work week is M-F 9-5 EST (open to assisting with evening or weekend emergency postings on rare occasions).
  2. Enterprise Level Corporate Website production and maintenance experience.
  3. Final interview will be in-person in the office to meet the overall team.
  4. This is a remote role but will require coming into the office for several days during the first week for setup, introductions, and training.
  5. The successful candidate will join our Corporate Communications team working on our redesigned, award-winning AEM website.
  6. The Web Designer’s primary responsibility will be both creative and technical, supporting the ongoing maintenance and evolution of the corporate website.
  7. Support larger corporate initiatives including Marketing, Technology, Safety, and Public Relations.
  8. Maintain professional communication standards when interacting with internal executives.
  9. Redesign existing customer experiences and participate in creating new pages and sections on the website.
  10. Collaborate with development partners to develop new features, requiring programming experience in a bootstrap environment and familiarity with Jira.

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

  1. Proficiency in Adobe products (AEM, Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects) and ability to manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment.
  2. At least 5+ years of enterprise-level experience in web design, content management, or front-end development.
  3. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent from an accredited institution.
  4. Experience with enterprise Content Management Systems, especially Adobe AEM.
  5. Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and After Effects.
  6. Experience with prototyping software such as Figma or Adobe XD.
  7. Occasional HTML and CSS editing on Bootstrap pages.
  8. Strong PowerPoint and presentation skills.
  9. Customer-centric design approach.
