Role: Manager, Client Reporting

Location: Remote (within the United States)

Travel: Less than 10%

Classification: Exempt

Reports to: Client Success Leadership

Salary Range: Commensurate with experience

About The Role

The Manager, Client Reporting, is responsible for delivering client-facing reporting solutions and improving internal data operations. This role bridges technical data analysis and client success, focusing on generating insights through clear, actionable reports. As a working manager, you will lead a team of analysts and collaborate with stakeholders across various teams to execute client reporting strategies effectively.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee the delivery and improvement of client reports, dashboards, and visualizations for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Manage and support the professional growth of Data Analysts, ensuring timely and accurate outputs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand and translate client data needs into scalable reporting solutions.
  • Use SQL and other tools to access, transform, and analyze complex datasets.
  • Translate complex requests into clear reports, interpreting evolving needs and delivering insights aligned with client expectations.
  • Maintain high data quality through validation checks and quality assurance processes.
  • Develop dashboards and tools for monitoring key revenue cycle metrics.
  • Create documentation and training materials on reporting capabilities.
  • Present insights to leaders, explaining complex metrics in understandable terms.
  • Act as a subject matter expert, providing strategic insights to support client outcomes.
  • Partner with product and engineering teams to enhance data infrastructure and reporting efficiency.
  • Apply an agile mindset to address problems and craft innovative solutions.
  • Foster collaborative relationships internally and externally.
  • Ensure compliance with all privacy and confidentiality requirements.
  • Contribute positively to Revology's culture and values.

Requirements
  • 3–5 years of experience in data analytics, client reporting, or business intelligence, preferably in SaaS.
  • Proficiency in SQL and experience querying large datasets.
  • Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker, Quicksight, Domo).
  • Healthcare industry experience, especially in revenue cycle management, is preferred.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical, critical thinking, and communication skills.
  • Experience leading and mentoring analysts.
  • Client-facing experience is highly desirable.
  • Experience in startup or high-growth environments is a plus.
Remote Work Requirements

High-speed internet of at least 40 Mbps is required.

Physical Requirements

Ability to perform activities such as lifting or moving office equipment up to 25 lbs, sitting for long periods, and effective communication skills.

Working Conditions

Indoor office environment; professional appearance required.
