Role Overview

As an AI Automation & Research Intern, you will assist in refining and implementing automation strategies for emails, reports, customer journeys, wholesale product management, and new client bookings. Your work will support Webmark Group’s mission to enhance efficiency, improve client campaigns, and drive marketing innovation.

Role Responsibilities

AI Automation & Research Tasks:

• Research & implement AI tools to enhance Webmark’s current automation for:
  • Email marketing campaigns
  • Lead booking and follow-up processes
  • Report generation & data visualization
  • Custom client journeys & engagement flows
  • Wholesale product listing and management
• Test & refine existing automation workflows to improve efficiency & accuracy
• Document automation processes and create SOPs for internal use
• Collaborate with the team to identify areas where automation can further optimize performance
• Troubleshoot any automation issues and recommend improvements
• Stay updated on the latest AI-driven marketing trends and suggest potential tools for implementation

Client Performance & Optimization Tasks:

• Compile and send out monthly performance reports for all active clients
• Analyze performance trends for clients
• Identify areas for improvement for client campaigns based on data insights.
• Propose new ideas or adjustments for optimization when needed
• Summarize findings and recommendations in a concise internal report for the team

Who You Are:

• Passionate about AI, marketing automation, and data-driven strategies
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
• Comfortable researching and implementing AI tools
• Able to analyze data and provide actionable insights
• Proactive and eager to learn in a fast-paced marketing environment

Bonus Skills (Not Required but a Plus!):

• Experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Zapier, etc.)
• Familiarity with AI tools for marketing and data analysis
• Understanding of email marketing, lead generation, and customer journeys
• Have a general understanding of WordPress, APIs, and Google Analytics.
