Feldesman LLP in Washington, DC, seeks a Webinar Coordinator to manage the full lifecycle of the firm’s training programs, from planning to execution for webinars and workshops. The role also supports client events, provides attendee service, and coordinates on-site and virtual experiences using Zoom.
Required are a bachelor’s degree in a related field and 2–4 years in virtual event planning, with strong MS Office and Zoom skills. This is an in-person, five-days-per-week position in the office.
Under the general guidance of the Senior Director of Training & Events, the Webinar Coordinator will be responsible for helping to organize the full lifecycle of the Firm’s 100 annual training programs to include planning, production, and execution for webinars and workshops, as well as assisting with other client-related events. This position also provides customer service to clients and attendees, facilitates virtual events via Zoom, and assists in departmental administrative duties.

The good faith base salary range for this position is up to $70,000 per year. The actual salary rate offered to candidates will depend on a variety of factors, including without limitation, years of relevant experience, subject matter expertise, education, demonstrated skills, and the candidate's overall qualifications for the position as assessed by the Firm.
