Your Role: Driving excellence through technical expertise and innovation.

The Document Control Specialist will support our regional operations by managing document control processes, ensuring adherence to standards, tracking documents, and maintaining databases.

What You Will Do:
  • Implement construction document control processes, generate system reports, and manage user access and permissions.
  • Maintain control of electronic and hard copy project documents, including proper naming, scanning, and uploading according to procedures.
  • Train team members on document control systems and procedures.
  • Assist project teams and administrative staff with document management and tracking.
  • Audit compliance with document control procedures monthly.
  • Develop and update a Document Control Manual.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.
Who You Are: A Profile of Success
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in document management or supervisory roles.
  • Strong knowledge of document control in the construction industry.
  • Proficiency in Enterprise Document Storage Software, MS Office Suite.
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle confidential information appropriately.
  • Team-building skills are a plus.
  • Manual dexterity to handle physical documents and equipment.
