PRODUCT CONTROL SPECIALIST INTERMEDIATE - 68919

Work Activities

• Serve as technical advisor for file transfer methodologies, transmission automation, and performance monitoring, involving shared and distributive systems and interdependent, internal systems.
• Manage production support incidents and escalate as needed.
• Oversee file transmissions to and from the department's programs, taking corrective action as needed.
• Configure and test new interfaces and maintain production interfaces.
• Report work through the specific incident or task management system. Own holiday schedules and other file exceptions; communicate schedules with partners.
• Provide oversight and assistance to less experienced Production Control Specialists. Perform complex operations for encrypting and decrypting files.

Minimum Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited college or university with a bachelor's degree and 3 years of relevant experience in production control, file transmissions, or interface analyst systems.

The position is primarily remote with occasional in-person meetings. The department may utilize its Nashville office on a hybrid schedule. Candidates must reside in Tennessee and have reliable internet. This position is not eligible for VISA sponsorship.
