Job summary

Mindlance is seeking a Web3 Engineer to design, build, and scale blockchain and tokenization infrastructure. You will create reusable platform services across Ethereum/EVM, Besu, Canton/Daml, and various networks, with a hands-on approach from architecture to production.

The role is on-site in Southlake with Austin as backup, four days per week, and requires deep backend experience in distributed systems, blockchain, and wallet/custody integrations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in software engineering of distributed systems or blockchain infra.
• Hands-on Web3 engineering with backend focus.
• Deep knowledge of Ethereum/EVM and smart contracts.

Responsibilities

• Design and build reusable Web3 platform services for tokenization and wallet integration.
• Develop backend services interfacing with blockchain nodes, signing systems, and custody platforms.
• Create blockchain abstraction layers across networks including Besu, Canton, Ethereum/EVM.
• Implement JSON-RPC/WebSocket connectivity, event indexing, and contract queries.
• Collaborate with platform and operations teams on deployment and governance.
