Job summary

Qualifications

• Proven enterprise blockchain architecture experience with digital assets and tokenization.
• Strong knowledge of EVM networks and Web3 tech stacks (Node.js, Go, Rust, React/Next.js).
• Hands-on experience with MPC wallet integration for institutional custody workflows.
• Lead architecture governance, ADRs, and cross-functional mentoring.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise architecture and solution strategy for blockchain-enabled platforms.
• Define scalable end-to-end architectures across backend, frontend, and smart contracts.
• Provide architectural leadership for security, upgradeability, and gas optimization.
• Design integration strategies for MPC wallets and custody workflows.
• Establish architecture standards to support scalable Web3 applications.
• Drive governance, technical roadmaps, and cross-functional collaboration; mentor teams.
