Job Responsibilities

• Collaborate with partners to understand their business models, assess needs, and propose solutions.
• Support partners through the product lifecycle, including sales support, troubleshooting, and releases.
• Maintain expertise in our technology through hands-on design and development.
• Work cross-functionally with product and engineering teams for usability feedback and feature updates.
• Experience with large SaaS organizations is a plus.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in solutions engineering, sales engineering, or related roles.
• Strong communication skills for leading and engaging with partners.
• Experience with web3 business models and solutions is highly preferred.
