Flow Foundation seeks a Marketing & Community Lead to own Flow’s public narrative and go-to-market rhythm. You will drive social channels end-to-end, shape the crypto narrative, and coordinate with ecosystem partners to accelerate launches.

A bias for speed, ownership, and public learning is essential. You’ll manage storytelling, content strategy, and community growth across major platforms, leveraging AI and automation to scale impact while staying aligned with Flow’s vision for crypto

Competenze

• Experience in marketing, growth, or community, ideally in crypto, Web3, or fast moving tech ecosystems.
• Hands on experience running social accounts, not just managing calendars or approvals.
• A strong understanding of crypto, especially DeFi, consumer apps, and current narratives/metas.
• Experience owning launches, you know how to go from idea to execution to distribution to feedback loop.
• Comfort coordinating with external partners and moving things forward without heavy process.
• Clear, sharp writing, you can explain complex ideas without sounding boring or corporate.
• Real experience with AI and automation (prompting, agents, tooling, workflows), not just curiosity.
• A bias toward speed, ownership, and learning in public.

Mansioni

• Own and operate socials for Flow, end to end including content, voice, cadence, experimentation, and performance.
• Help define and evolve the Flow narrative, with opinions on positioning and tone.
• Run go-to-market launches from start to finish including strategy, timelines, coordination, distribution, and post-launch analysis.
• Coordinate with ecosystem partners to amplify launches and marketing efforts.
• Translate Flow activities into stories people want to read, share, and discuss.
• Stay tapped into crypto metas and know when to lean in vs. tune out.
• Use AI and automation to scale output and efficiency.
• Engage and grow the community across X, Discord, Telegram and other platforms.
• Measure impact, iterate quickly, and focus on real outcomes over vanity metrics.
• This is a builder role; you will ship, not just advise.
