Flow Carbon, LLC seeks a Head of Marketing to lead strategy for direct-to-consumer and corporate offerings and to guide the execution of marketing initiatives within the team. The role collaborates closely with the Chief Brand Officer to tailor strategies for both audiences.

You will oversee social media, paid media, email, and content strategies while shaping events, partnerships, and brand aesthetics across channels in a fast-paced climate tech space.

Qualificações

• 6+ years of marketing experience in tech, finance, or innovative consumer brands.
• 3+ years leading and inspiring teams.
• Proven track record growing communities from scratch.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience planning/manage marketing activities across social, paid media, email, and live events.
• Deep knowledge of major social platforms: TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects.

Responsabilidades

• Identify relevant social media channels and oversee social media/community manager.
• Develop paid media strategy and identify key hires/agency partners.
• Develop and execute email marketing strategy with content marker.
• Develop content strategy for email, social, web and other key channels.
• Create and execute a plan for conferences and events.
• Collaborate with Art Director on Flow Carbon’s brand assets and aesthetic.
• Define KPIs and measurement of all marketing efforts.
• Identify key hires for marketing for both B2C and B2B initiatives.
• Support copywriting for emails, social posts, and content activation.
• Identify and create offline opportunities to engage the digital climate community.
