Job summary

Google is hiring a Social and Influencer Lead for Flow Music to drive influencer programs and manage Flow Music's social presence. You will be a strategic thinker with deep knowledge of social media, community engagement, and influencer campaigns, collaborating across teams to achieve ambitious growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 6 years of experience in brand, social marketing or influencer role.
• Experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.

Responsibilities

• Develop social strategies to build mindshare and drive product growth.
• Create and manage influencer programs to be unmissable amongst artist community.
• Act as the primary partner for external agencies, own creative briefs, asset development, and production for all launches and evergreen content.
• Lead social and content strategy for Flow Music's social channels and cross-Google amplification.
• Collaborate with Product, PR, Legal, and UXD to solve complex challenges and operate with impact.
