Job summary

Belmark is seeking Web-to-Print® Production Supervisors to direct the production team to meet customer needs and standards related to cost, equipment efficiencies, waste, safety and productivity. You will supervise the production team across press, finishing, and pouching on a given shift, and work with the plant manager on employee development and training to achieve performance goals.

A pre-employment drug test and a background check are required if offered the position.

Qualifications

• Two years of college with an associate degree preferred, or equivalent work experience.
• At least 3 years of leadership experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to manage multiple demands in a fast-paced setting.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making with incomplete information.
• Effective written and verbal communication; develop SOPs and best practices.

Responsibilities

• Supervise assigned production areas (press, finishing, pouching).
• Coach staff to meet safety, quality, productivity, and waste targets.
• Maintain equipment knowledge for troubleshooting and continuous improvement.
• Track KPIs and address trends impacting productivity.
• Coordinate with scheduling, press, and finishing departments daily.
• Develop training programs and prepare staff for advancement.
• Ensure staffing for production requirements and vacations.
