Belmark is seeking a Prepress Supervisor to lead the Prepress department in our Flexible Packaging unit. You will supervise a team, ensure safety and quality, and drive continuous improvements to meet efficiency and waste targets.

The role requires strong communication, problem-solving abilities, and a focus on operational excellence. This position is based in Wisconsin with on-site responsibilities and competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• 2–3 years in supervision, production, or printing recommended.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to analyze data and make decisions under pressure.
• Experience with GMP/SQF standards is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Prepress department within the Flexible Packaging unit.
• Ensure safety procedures and support a food safety culture.
• Drive process improvements and department efficiency.
• Collaborate with Prepress staff to minimize downtime and waste.
• Oversee staffing, schedule adherence, and payroll accuracy.
• Coordinate supplies and manage inventory (inks, plates, sleeves).
• Investigate production issues and coordinate maintenance.
