Job summary

Belmark is seeking a Web-to-Print Press Operator in Wisconsin to operate our HP Indigo press technology in the Web-to-Print division. You will ensure top-quality production, follow safety and SOPs, and maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area.

The role may include cross-training and occasional overtime. A pre-employment drug test and background check are required if offered the position. Third shift (6:00 p.m.–6:00 a.m.) with a $2 shift differential and overtime after 36 hours.

Schedule:

• 3rd shift hours are from 6:00 p.m. - 6:00 a.m., Sunday, 12:00 a.m.-6:00 a.m., Monday - Thursday
• Overtime after 36 hours!

Pay:

• $23- $25per Hour. The hourly rate for this position is determined by the level of the role, relevant experience, and may incorporate shift differentials, ensuring fair compensation that reflects both expertise and responsibilities entailed.
• The shift differential for 3rdshift is $2.00 more per hour

What will I do in this role?

• Responsible to follow all safety procedures as required by the role, and to nurture a food safety culture by adhering to all Safe Quality Foods requirements.
• Responsible for complying with and following all standard operating procedures and work instructions.
• Maintain quality, productivity and waste according to set standards.
• Perform all job tasks utilizing required personal protective equipment and correct safety procedures.
• Web the press. Clean the press. Perform routine press maintenance.
• Complete the necessary paperwork.
• Understand and properly utilize HP DFE Software
• Keep work area and machine organized and clean.
• Responsible for meeting the 48 hour stated turn around objective.
• May cross train in other areas of Web-to-Print ®
• May operate In Line Die Cutting Equipment.
• May perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Any combination equivalent to graduation from high school.
• Knowledge of and the ability to effectively utilize the English language.
• Must have excellent problem solving skills.
