Job summary

Belmark, Inc. is seeking a Web to Print Press Operator to operate our HP Indigo press in a fast-paced production environment in Wisconsin. The role focuses on high-quality print production, safety, and adherence to standard procedures.

A 3rd shift schedule with overtime and a 2.00 per hour shift differential is offered. You will handle press setup, operation, cleaning, basic maintenance, and required documentation while potentially cross-training in other Web to Print areas.

Schedule

• Schedule 3rd shift hours are from 600 pm 600 am Sunday
• 1200 am 600 am Monday Thursday
• Overtime after 36 hours

Pay

Pay 23 25per Hour

The hourly rate for this position is determined by the level of the role relevant experience and may incorporate shift differentials ensuring fair compensation that reflects both expertise and responsibilities entailed

The shift differential for 3rdshift is 200 more per hour

What will I do in this role

• Responsible to follow all safety procedures as required by the role and to nurture a food safety culture by adhering to all Safe Quality Foods requirements
• Responsible for complying with and following all standard operating procedures and work instructions
• Maintain quality productivity and waste according to set standards
• Perform all job tasks utilizing required personal protective equipment and correct safety procedures
• Web the press
• Clean the press
• Perform routine press maintenance
• Complete the necessary paperwork
• Understand and properly utilize HP DFE Software
• Keep work area and machine organized and clean
• Responsible for meeting the 48 hour stated turn around objective
• May cross train in other areas of Web to Print
• May operate In Line Die Cutting Equipment
• May perform other duties as assigned by supervisor

Minimum Qualifications

• Any combination equivalent to graduation from high school
• Knowledge of and the ability to effectively utilize the English language
• Must have excellent problem solving skills
• Ability to add subtract multiply and divide whole numbers decimals and fractions

• Ability to meet deadlines
• Regular attendance is an essential function of the position
• May be required to work some overtime and on other shifts
