Belmark Inc. in Wisconsin is seeking a Web-to-Print Coater Operator to join our team. You will set up and operate a coating line, run flexo presses and Web-To-Print processes, and ensure high-quality finished film.

The role emphasizes accuracy, safety, and timely order completion with opportunities to work second shift and earn competitive hourly pay. Applicants should be prepared to stand, lift up to 75 pounds, and perform routine maintenance as needed.

Qualifications

• 6 months experience setting up and operating a press is preferred but not required.
• Ability to read, comprehend and follow simple written and oral instructions.
• Ability to effectively use English (writing, speaking, reading).
• Regular attendance; may require overtime or flexible hours on short notice.
• Ability to perform basic arithmetic and to read measurements.
• Ability to identify and meet deadlines with attention to detail.
• Physical ability to stand for long periods, bend, and lift up to 75 pounds as needed.
• Ability to operate tools and use a ruler and calculator.
• Must be able to set up and operate a coater.

Responsibilities

• Operate a coating line at high efficiency following SOPs to produce high-quality finished film.
• Finish flexible packaging film from flexo presses and Web-To-Print presses.
• Inspect printed and/or laminated film for quality and complete the appropriate paperwork.
• Provide fast turnaround of orders to meet customer needs.
• Set up and operate the coater, including webbing and cleanup; mount plates as needed.
• Perform routine coating press maintenance and move rolls to the next job stage.
• Identify and remove defective product; maintain a clean work area and machine.
• Follow all safety procedures and nurture a food-safety culture by adhering to Safe Quality Foods requirements.
• May work in other departments as assigned by supervisor.
