Belmark is seeking a hands-on operator to join our Flexible Packaging manufacturing team in De Pere, Wisconsin. You will set up and operate a coater at high efficiency, following SOPs to produce top-quality flexible packaging film.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and follow simple written and oral instructions.
• Fluent English and effective communication.
• Good numerical skills and ability to use a calculator.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate the coater following SOPs.
• Inspect finished film for quality and complete paperwork.
• Maintain safety and PPE compliance.
• Assist with other duties as assigned.
