Job summary

Belmark Inc in Wisconsin is seeking a Web-to-Print Lead Press Operator for our 1st shift at Plant 2. This hands-on role helps maximize throughput, uphold safety and quality, and train other press operators.

You’ll work with state-of-the-art printing technology, manage maintenance, and collaborate with shift managers to meet daily production goals. Pre-employment drug test and background check apply; competitive benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English, both written and spoken.
• Web-to-Print production experience or similar production knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Follow safety procedures and contribute to a Safe Quality Foods culture.
• Perform duties per Web-to-Print Press Operator job description and support maintenance/repairs.
• Lead by example; train/ develop press operators on throughput, quality, and maintenance.
• Prepare job components and manage press spare parts inventory.
• Schedule with shift managers and provide input for continuous improvement.
