Job summary

Belmark Inc. in De Pere, Wisconsin, is seeking a coater operator for our flexible packaging plant. You will operate a coater at high efficiency, following SOPs and work instructions to produce top-quality film and labels.

The role requires standing for long periods, lifting up to 75 pounds, and adherence to safety, quality, and food-safety standards. PM shifts run 4:00 PM–4:00 AM for 3 days on/4 days off, with a $2/hour shift differential.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and follow simple written/oral instructions.
• Fluent English communication.
• Regular attendance; overtime may be required.
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Follow all standard operating procedures and work instructions.
• Set up and operate the coater; perform webbing and clean-up.
• Inspect product quality; complete required paperwork.
• Keep work area and machine clean; assist other departments as needed.
• Adhere to Safe Quality Foods requirements.
