Job summary

The Judicial Council of California’s Information Technology Office seeks a Business Systems Analyst to support the Web Communications unit in modernizing and maintaining public-facing websites, including Drupal migrations and ADA compliance. You will manage requirements, JIRA backlogs, and ServiceNow tickets, while supporting developers and producing training materials.

Hybrid work is offered with offices in San Francisco or Sacramento; primary residence must be in California, within 150 miles

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 3 years of technical/business analysis experience for systems/applications; substitute 4 additional years of experience for the degree.
• Experience with web-based applications and content management systems such as Drupal.

Responsibilities

• Gather requirements and manage JIRA backlogs.
• Work on ServiceNow tickets and analyze dashboards/analytics.
• Support developers to deliver high-quality solutions and ADA compliant websites.
• Create training materials and provide end-user support.
• Contribute to strategic initiatives within the Web Communications unit.
