The role acts as the subject matter expert on the business rules and functionality of the systems and provides ongoing support and maintenance of project documentation.

Hybrid telework is available; work location is Sacramento County with standard 8:00 AM–4:30 PM shifts.

• Serve as SME on business rules and system functionality.
• Produce system requirement specifications for application development.

Responsibilities

• Serve as SME in business rules and functionality of systems built.
• Provide ongoing support and maintenance of project documentation.
• Facilitate Joint Application Development (JAD) sessions.
