Job summary

The California State University, Stanislaus seeks a dynamic student assistant in Strategic Communications & Marketing to maintain the university website. You will work with the Web Services Team, performing Drupal-based edits, image postings, and content cleanup while gaining hands-on experience with web coordination across campus.

Preferred candidates study computer science or related fields and demonstrate strong communication, attention to detail, and basic graphic design skills.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate student enrolled in fall/spring units (minimum 6).
• Familiarity with HTML/CSS and web formatting.
• Experience with content management or website updates is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update csustan.edu Drupal site.
• Edit pages and post images for the university website.
• Assist with web accessibility updates and remediation.
• Build simple website forms using MS Forms.
• Coordinate site updates with university departments.
