Korn Ferry seeks an experienced QA/QC professional to perform hands-on testing, advance automation, digital accessibility, and quality controls across our corporate websites in the Wilmington, DE area.

You will execute functional, regression, accessibility, and automated testing; design and run tests; and collaborate with BA, Platform, Dev, Content Production, Risk and Controls to deliver reliable, accessible digital experiences.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years in Quality Engineering or QA/QC.
• Experience in automated testing and web platforms.
• Knowledge of WCAG accessibility standards.
• Experience with Agile and JIRA/Confluence.

Aufgaben

• Execute functional, regression, integration, accessibility, and release-readiness testing.
• Design, build, maintain, and run automated test scripts.
• Identify opportunities to automate QA/QC activities and support AI-enabled solutions.
• Perform accessibility scans and manual validation with WCAG alignment.
• Create test plans, test cases, and testing evidence.
