Job summary

J.B. Hunt, Inc. is seeking an experienced Web Project Manager to oversee website design, development and related digital projects.

You will drive profitability, manage budgets and timelines, coordinate with internal and external teams, and ensure on-time delivery for multiple client projects. The role requires 3+ years in web project management or web design, with knowledge of Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, SEO, HTML and Java.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in technology or marketing with web PM or web design experience.
• Minimum 3 years in web project management or design, and/or SEO experience.
• Preferred: 5 years in PM, GA/Adobe Analytics, and SEO/SEM; HTML/Java knowledge.
• GA or Adobe Analytics certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead profitable website design and development projects and related digital work.
• Learn and use the PM system to manage projects and clients for profitability.
• Maintain knowledge of the digital landscape to advise creative solutions.
• Proactively anticipate problems and provide swift solutions.
• Oversee budgets, timelines, scope, and multiple projects concurrently.
• Communicate with internal/external teams and manage client relationships.
• Be the primary contact for teams and maintain client trust.
• Oversee website testing and QA with internal/external developers.
• Prepare content guides and set timelines for content completion.
• Contribute to sitemap, wireframes, and content planning exercises.
• Identify bottlenecks and test solutions to reduce time to completion.
• Develop scope outlines and secure client approvals for new work.
