Corsair is seeking a Junior Web Project Manager to oversee day-to-day web projects, ensure on-time delivery, and coordinate cross-functional teams in Milpitas, CA. The role supports both web and digital marketing initiatives with a focus on process efficiency.

The ideal candidate has experience managing web campaigns, knowledge of waterfall and agile methods, and proficiency with Smartsheet, MS Project, and Jira. Collaboration with internal design teams and external agencies is essential.

Qualifications

• 1–5 years of project management experience in a marketing organization.
• Proven experience working on web and marketing campaign projects.
• Knowledge of project management methodologies (waterfall and agile).
• Experience using project management tools (Smartsheet, MS Project, Jira).
• Experience creating and maintaining project plans, risks, actions, issues, dependencies.

Responsibilities

• Understand business objectives, assess risks, resolve bottlenecks and escalate as needed.
• Manage timelines, plans, and deliverables across web and campaigns with design teams and agencies.
• Maintain trackers, status reports, and documentation; use AI tools to support workflows.
