Job summary

OpenAI is seeking a Web Producer to own the execution and delivery of web projects across OpenAI.com. You will translate briefs into production plans, coordinate inputs from Marketing, Growth, Product, and Engineering, and ensure launches are accurate, timely, and polished.

You will build pages using components and templates, manage timelines, and surface risks while maintaining quality and accessibility across campaigns and launches.

Qualifications

• Experience producing and shipping web or digital projects in marketing or product environments.
• Hands-on CMS experience: building/updating pages with reusable components and publishing workflows.
• Strong project management and organizational skills with attention to multiple priorities and timelines.
• Ability to turn ambiguous briefs into concrete execution plans and coordinate cross‑functional work.
• Familiarity with design systems, responsive web experiences, QA, SEO, accessibility, and brand standards.
• Clear, proactive communication and collaborative working style.

Responsibilities

• Own web projects from intake through launch, translating requests into structured production plans and managing timelines and handoffs.
• Build/update pages using existing components, templates, and design systems with accurate content and assets.
• Coordinate with Marketing, Growth, Product, Design, Communications, content, SEO, Legal, and Engineering to clarify requirements and approvals.
• Lead pre-launch QA across content, layout, links, assets, accessibility, SEO, and performance.
• Manage multiple requests, communicating status, blockers, and tradeoffs; balance speed with quality.
• Coordinate post-launch fixes, document launch details, and improve repeatable production workflows.
