Job summary

Gilder Search Group seeks a Global Web Producer to join a leading tech client. You will collaborate with product managers, digital marketers, designers and engineers to execute priority web projects across multiple properties, manage the sprint and backlog, and drive AI-assisted workflows at scale.

This is a full-time remote contract. You should be comfortable working across time zones with international teams; compensation is $40-45/hr W2 DOE, with a strong benefits package.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of web production experience in enterprise organizations.
• Hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), Edge Delivery Services / Document Authoring (EDS/DA), or comparable enterprise CMS platforms.
• Experience using AI tools to improve content production, QA, or localization workflows.

****Applicants must be located in WA, CA, TX, OH, NY or FL We are seeking a Global Web Producer to join one of our large, well-known tech clients. In this role, you will work in close partnership with product managers, digital marketers, designers, and engineers to execute priority web projects across multiple properties. You will manage the sprint, own the backlog, and keep cross-functional teams moving. You will also pilot AI-assisted workflows, identify automation opportunities, and help define what modern web production looks like at scale.

If you are the right fit, you are good under pressure, and can confidently navigate competing priorities, tight deadlines, and ambiguous situations with clarity and precision. You are comfortable working across time zones and with international teams and stakeholders.

This is a full-time, ongoing contract engagement that can be done remotely. We’ll only be able to respond to applicants who meet the basic qualifications for this role. Required:

• 3-5 years of web production experience within complex, matrixed enterprise organizations.
• Hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), Edge Delivery Services / Document Authoring (EDS/DA), or comparable enterprise CMS platforms. Familiarity with both is a strong plus.
• Experience using AI tools to improve content production, QA, or localization workflows
• Proven track record building and optimizing responsive, mobile-first web experiences.

Compensation $40-45/hr W2 DOE
