Job summary

Sheridan Minnesota is seeking candidates for a 2nd shift role supporting high-speed printing operations. You will work with the press operator to load paper, monitor fountain solution, and help maintain product quality throughout production.

The position emphasizes reliability, teamwork, and willingness to learn. Training will be provided, and safety procedures are a core part of the daily routine in a manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Mechanically inclined and comfortable using basic tools.
• Able to read basic job instructions and measurements.

Job description

This is a 2nd shift position - working Monday - Friday, 2:30 PM - 11 PM with potential for overtime hours.

What You’ll Do

What We’re Looking For

No bindery experience? No problem—we’ll train you.We’re looking for people who:

• Are at least 18 years of age.
• Have a High School Diploma, or GED.
• Are mechanically inclined and comfortable using basic tools.
• Can read basic job instructions and measurements (decimals, sizes, etc.)
• Take pride in doing quality work.
• Show up reliably and work well with a team.

It’s a plus if you have:

• Print, bindery, or finishing experience.
• Experience setting up or adjusting production equipment.
• Graphic arts and/or technical school background.

Physical & Work Environment

Work is performed in a factory environment with regular exposure to dust, dirt, noise, and the physical hazards of machinery, plus some exposure to fumes, oils, lubricants, and chemicals.

Safety toe shoes and hearing protection required.

On your feet for most of the shift

Ability to lift, carry, push and/or pull 50lbs.
