About the role:
The Web Optimization Manager/Strategist will “own” the public facing lead generation landing pages for our multiple home improvement client territory owners. The ideal applicant is an expert at creating A/B tests – including the planning documents detailing how the user flows through the funnel – and will understand that their decisions will be driven by the data, not the latest shiny object in Website design or user experience.
The Website Optimization Manager plays a critical role, as a direct report to the Operations Director. We are seeking an exceptional communicator and a meticulous organizer. This position is not unlike many positions at our small, but nimble agency, where there is collaboration across (almost) all departments to complete projects. This position will eventually include direct communications with clients.
The ideal applicant is an analytical genius, a strategic thinker and a methodical marketer who understands the fundamental elements that build website traffic and converts those visitors into qualified leads. Strong candidates will embrace methodologies that constantly improve lead conversions.
This position requires a high-energy, self-motivated individual that thrives in a fast -paced environment. It is ideal for someone who is eager to make an impact and who possesses the talent and ability to get measurable results in a short amount of time. The Web Optimization Manager must be thoughtful about the customer journey and understand the value our products and services bring to our client’s bottom line. A background in generating leads for a business-to-consumer marketing team either as a consultant or on the team is required.

The range displayed on each job posting reflects Lead Surge's good faith determination of the minimum and maximum targets for new hire salaries across the US. Individual pay is determined by related factors, including job skills, experience, and relevant education or training, and work location, which may impact a final offer.
Base pay range for US: $93,500 - $105,000
