  2. Set targets for all accounts, aiming for a minimum of 25% month-over-month growth.
  3. Creative testing and development: Collaborate with the creative team to innovate and introduce new approaches, including videos, images, advertorials, VSLs, and copywriting.
  4. Foster innovation in ad strategies and account management by exploring AI-powered solutions, new ad formats, and testing advertorials and VSLs.
  5. Create playbooks for specific niches such as health and wellness, fashion, SaaS, etc.
  6. Implement and monitor new processes, ensuring team adherence.
  7. Participate in and lead client calls, discussing innovation, scaling plans, and overall business development.
  8. Support the team with account-related questions or issues, aiming to maximize gains and meet targets.
  9. Train and develop team members' technical and interpersonal skills.
  10. Set and monitor monthly goals with clients, ensuring achievement.
  11. Promote a culture of innovation and optimization, encouraging team autonomy and continuous improvement.
  12. Achieve yearly goals through innovation, collaboration, and non-traditional strategies.
  13. Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions.
  14. Advocate for broader client business improvements, suggesting new platforms and training the team to make independent recommendations.
