You’ll have opportunities to grow your expertise and capabilities, both professionally and personally. As a team we celebrate inclusion, caring and collaboration. As a company we value your contribution, we work with integrity, and we always put people first – so your impact really will change lives.

Kelly’s global web presence is central to how we attract clients, engage talent, and represent our brand worldwide. The Web Operations Specialist owns the day-to-day health and continuous improvement of those websites — ensuring they’re fast, accurate, accessible, and optimized for search. This role sits at the intersection of marketing strategy and technical execution, partnering with content creators, developers, and regional marketing teams to deliver a web experience that meets high standards across every market we serve.

This is a hands‑on role for someone who takes ownership, moves quickly, and cares about the details — from pixel‑level QA to long‑term SEO strategy.

This position sits within the Global Marketing division, reporting to the Sr. Manager, Digital Experience.

Key Responsibilities
Website Management & Operations
  • Oversee the development and maintenance of global websites, ensuring alignment with brand standards, user expectations, and accessibility requirements (WCAG guidelines).
  • Manage and update website content across regions to ensure accuracy, consistency, and alignment with marketing and brand strategies.
  • Collaborate with web developers and designers to scope, implement, and QA updates, new features, and site enhancements.
  • Conduct regular audits to identify and resolve issues affecting performance, usability, SEO, and regulatory compliance — and track remediation through to completion.
  • Develop and enforce web standards through documentation and training for relevant stakeholders.
  • Contribute to the end-to-end website optimization roadmap, including requirements gathering, prioritization, and implementation planning.
  • Lead technical SEO execution: on-page optimization, site architecture, crawlability, and performance — working closely with the development team to implement recommendations.
  • Monitor and analyze website performance using Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and other SEO tools; deliver regular reports with clear, actionable insights.
  • Stay current on evolving search engine algorithms and proactively recommend and implement adjustments to maintain and improve rankings.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to identify growth opportunities and innovative strategies to improve the digital experience.
  • Support business unit marketing teams with email campaigns, campaign attribution, and tag management.
  • Provide web expertise and execution support for broader marketing initiatives as needed.

  • In‑depth understanding of SEO best practices, including technical SEO, on‑page optimization, and search engine ranking factors.
  • Solid grasp of web standards and best practices, including usability, cross‑device compatibility, and accessibility (WCAG); demonstrated success in applying them within a rapidly changing environment with numerous stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to interact effectively as either a leader or as a member of a team and work collaboratively with other departments.
