Job summary

Delta Waterfowl Foundation in Bismarck, ND, seeks a Website & Multimedia Coordinator to create, update, and maintain engaging content across the website, emails, digital media, and print materials. You will work with the Website and Communications Manager and Marketing team to ensure content is accurate, timely, and aligned with Delta’s brand and objectives.

The role supports digital campaigns, increases traffic and subscribers, and assists with photography, videography, and other multimedia

Qualifications

• Associate degree in graphic design, web design, marketing, or related field with at least two years of professional experience.
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Express).
• Experience with CMS, automated email marketing platforms, Google Analytics, and SEO basics.
• Strong attention to detail and proofreading/editing for digital and print communications.
• Ability to work well with the public and in a team environment.
• Ability to travel occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Create and update website pages, posts, digital content, emails, and print materials.
• Maintain and administer Delta’s websites (content, images, links, elements).
• Implement strategies to increase website traffic, engagement, and subscribers.
• Create engaging email content and ensure alignment with brand objectives.
• Manage Delta’s email service through Higher Logic, including updates and list management.
• Collaborate with managers to execute digital content plans and campaigns.
• Monitor trends and share opportunities with the team.
• Analyze website and email performance to identify improvements.
• Assist with multimedia projects including photography and videography as needed.
• Maintain organized digital content and assets.
• Other duties as assigned.
