Job summary

Revel IT in Columbus, Ohio is seeking a Website / Mobile Application Product Owner on a contract basis. You will investigate, analyze, and resolve application issues with minimal direction, lead field investigations, and interface with users and management.

The role requires experience managing web or mobile product backlogs, writing user stories and acceptance criteria, and coordinating with Agile teams using Azure DevOps, Jira, Confluence or similar tools.

Qualifications

Experience writing user stories, acceptance criteria, and managing product backlogs.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management abilities.

Responsibilities

Investigate, analyze, and resolve application issues with minimal direction.
Lead field investigations of application issues and interface with field users and management.
Lead development of training plans and materials for applications.
Define and build business processes and functional requirements for applications.
Coordinate field user group activities and collect user requirements.
