Job summary

Revel IT in Columbus, OH, seeks a Manager Software Delivery to lead end-to-end technology delivery in an Agile environment across core platforms, VST, and product teams.

You will guide delivery planning, coordinate milestones, manage risks, and ensure alignment with business objectives, engineering standards, and operational expectations. Strong leadership and DevOps awareness are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience leading technical teams on SAP and/or Salesforce platforms.
• Experience patching/upgrades/releases on SAP and/or Salesforce platforms.
• Bachelor’s degree.
• 8+ years delivering software products; 4+ years in management; 2+ years hands-on development.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication and time management.
• Strong knowledge of SDLC, Agile delivery, and product development.
• Lead, coach, and develop delivery teams with collaboration and accountability.
• Delivery planning, milestone management, release coordination, sprint execution.
• Identify, manage, and mitigate delivery risks, dependencies, blockers, and resources.
• Strong stakeholder management and executive communication.
• DevOps, monitoring, capacity analysis, root cause analysis, continuous improvement.
• Manage budgets, vendor relationships, audits, and compliance.
• Regulated utility experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Servant Leader for agile software delivery teams.
• Partner with stakeholders to establish a product delivery roadmap and shared objectives.
• Manage milestones, schedule, issues, risks, and mitigation plans.
• Ensure teams have resources, manage budgets and vendors.
• De-risk objectives, size work, and track milestones toward commitments.
• Improve production operations with monitoring, capacity analysis, and RCA.
• Foster collaboration and continuous improvement with stakeholders and teams.
• Identify and remove blockers and limit work in progress.
• Coordinate releases, deployments, and sprint planning.
• Coach and develop team members and manage talent acquisition/retention.
• Oversee SOX reviews, audits, and governing policies.
