Job summary

Kaleris Company is seeking a Web & Marketing Technology Manager to own the corporate web presence and martech stack. You will manage Kaleris.com daily, administer CMS platforms, and drive front-end updates with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

You will also lead SEO, analytics, and privacy compliance across the site. The role requires 4–6 years of end-to-end website ownership, enterprise CMS experience, and strong collaboration with demand generation and content teams.

Qualifications

4–6 years owning a corporate website and marketing tech stack end-to-end.
Exceptional copywriting skills aligned with SEO and GEO strategies.
Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for front-end troubleshooting.
Hands-on experience with at least one enterprise CMS (WordPress/Webflow/Drupal).
Experience administering marketing automation (HubSpot/Marketo) and CRM (Salesforce).
Experience with GTM, GA4, and Google Search Console; able to build reports.
Knowledge of SEO best practices and GEO/AEO including schema/JSON.
Hosting, DNS, SSL, and third-party integrations management.
Strong PM and vendor mgmt skills with clear communication.

Responsibilities

Own the day-to-day management of Kaleris.com including content publishing and page structure.
Administer CMS platform users, permissions, plugins, and updates; implement front-end changes.
Monitor site performance (Core Web Vitals, speed, uptime) and resolve issues.
Manage DNS, SSL, hosting, and third-party tag/script integrations.
Lead SEO execution: metadata, URLs, internal links, schema, and JSON.
Collaborate with demand gen and content teams on landing pages and tests.
Ensure WCAG 2.1 AA compliance and GDPR/CCPA data privacy adherence.
