Job summary

Kestra Financial is seeking a Marketing Technology Product Owner with deep CMS expertise to drive value across our Sitecore ecosystem. You will translate business priorities into actionable product requirements and ensure delivery of high-impact capabilities that enable advisor growth and improve operational efficiency.

You’ll serve as the voice of the business within Agile delivery teams, own the MarTech backlog, and collaborate with stakeholders, architects, and engineers to align platform

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Product Owner, Business Analyst, or CMS delivery roles.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Strong Sitecore CMS knowledge; XM Cloud preferred and familiarity with .NET.
• Experience prioritizing backlogs in Agile/Scrum environments.

Responsibilities

• Act as the liaison between business stakeholders and delivery teams to align requirements with goals.
• Own and manage the MarTech backlog, focusing on Sitecore CMS capabilities.
• Translate business objectives into epics, user stories, acceptance criteria, and backlog items.
• Partner with Marketing, Business, and Digital teams to understand pain points and drive prioritization.
• Participate in discovery sessions, journey mapping, and data analysis to validate requirements.
• Collaborate with Solution Architects and Tech Leads to ensure scalable solutions.
• Drive Agile ceremonies (grooming, planning, reviews) and timely delivery of features.
• Support UAT planning and execution to ensure delivered functionality meets expectations.
• Monitor KPIs and adoption metrics to inform continuous improvement.
