Job summary
Kestra Holdings in Tempe, AZ is seeking a Marketing Technology Product Owner with deep Sitecore CMS expertise to drive value across our MarTech platform. You will translate business priorities into actionable product requirements and guide agile teams to deliver high‑impact capabilities that enable advisor growth and elevate client service.
You will own the product backlog for the MarTech domain, collaborate with Marketing, Digital, and IT partners, and work with Solution Architects to ensure
Qualifications
- 5+ years in Product Owner, Business Analyst, or CMS-focused delivery roles.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management across technical teams and senior leadership.
- Strong Sitecore CMS knowledge (XM Cloud preferred) and familiarity with the .NET ecosystem.
- Proven ability to manage and prioritize backlogs in Agile/Scrum environments.
Responsibilities
- Liaise between stakeholders and delivery teams to clarify requirements and align to strategy.
- Own the MarTech backlog with a focus on Sitecore CMS capabilities.
- Translate objectives into epics, user stories, acceptance criteria, success metrics, and backlog items.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Digital, and IT stakeholders to define value and priorities.
- Lead discovery sessions, journey mapping, and data analysis to improve user experience.
- Work with Solution Architects to ensure scalable, best-practice solutions.
- Drive Agile ceremonies and oversee UAT planning and delivery.
- Monitor KPIs and adoption metrics to inform continuous improvement.
