Job summary

AfterShip is seeking a like-minded Web Growth Leader to own the strategy and roadmap for AfterShip.com. You will partner across marketing, creative, growth, and engineering to drive conversions and pipeline with AI-native workflows.

You will lead high-impact web initiatives, focus on discoverability and optimization, and scale landing-page production for ABM and paid campaigns, collaborating with cross-functional teams worldwide.

Qualifications

• Led B2B SaaS marketing website end-to-end with measurable outcomes.
• Owned redesign, replatforming, migration, or technical SEO overhaul; hands-on from plan to launch.
• Strong experimentation and growth mindset with data-driven prioritization.
• Ability to influence multiple teams and seniority levels across disciplines.
• Experience with AI-native workflows; vibe-coded page production is a plus.
• Fluency with HTML/CSS, analytics, event tracking, tag management, and structured data.
• Experience marketing to retail or ecommerce decision-makers is a plus.

Responsibilities
