Job summary

CoStar Group in Arlington, VA seeks a Senior Web Manager for Matterport to own the performance of the global web presence across multiple domains built on Contentful. You will drive conversion and revenue through strategy, analytics, and a standing experimentation program.

Partner with Product, Engineering, Design, Creative, and Marketing to set a unified web roadmap, improve Core Web Vitals, and optimize the end-to-end buying journey for camera hardware, subscriptions, and Capture Services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; 10+ years of professional experience, 8+ years in web/digital/growth/ecommerce.
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, APIs, Core Web Vitals, and analytics/tagging tools such as GA4, GTM and GTG.
• Strong CRO and web analytics skills; hands-on A/B testing experience.
• Experience owning a conversion or revenue metric for a website and reporting to leadership.
• Ability to set a web roadmap and drive it across teams without direct authority.
• Hands-on fluency in a headless, component-based CMS; Contentful preferred.
• Strong understanding of ecommerce performance and drivers of online conversion.
• Understanding of lead generation and how web form fills convert into sales pipeline.
• Technical fluency to work with Engineering on architecture, performance, and SEO.
• Working knowledge of SEO fundamentals and agency management.
• Collaborative, low-ego operator with cross-organizational partnerships.
• Track record of commitment to prior employers.

Responsibilities

• Own the Web Roadmap and ensure alignment across domains.
• Coordinate with Product, Engineering, Design, Creative, and Marketing to move the plan forward.
• Write briefs and manage content updates in Contentful.
• Publish updates without bottlenecks; escalate site health issues as needed.
• Own web conversion metrics (orders and qualified leads) and instrument them.
• Run standing experiments in VWO or Optimizely and prioritize high-impact tests.
• Improve form and CTA performance to boost leads and pipeline.
• Build dashboards connecting pages to engagement and revenue; report to marketing leadership.
• Partner with Paid Media and Lifecycle on landing experiences and post-click conversion.
• Improve page speed and Core Web Vitals with Engineering and Design.
• Ensure SEO/AEO best practices in site structure and metadata with Engineering.
