CoStar Group is seeking a Senior Web Manager for Matterport in Arlington, VA, to own the global web presence across domains built on Contentful. You will drive conversion, coordinate with Product, Engineering, Design, Creative, and Marketing, and run a continuous experimentation program to improve leads and orders.

The role requires 10+ years in web/digital, strong CRO and analytics skills, and hands-on CMS fluency. A multi-domain SaaS background and SEO expertise are highly valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required from an accredited, not-for-profit, in-person university or college.
• 10+ years of professional experience
• 8+ years in web, digital, growth, demand generation, or ecommerce, with a record of improving web conversion in cross-functional environments.

Responsibilities

• Own the Web Roadmap and align with growth, brand, and revenue goals.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Design, Creative, and Marketing to execute the plan.
• Write briefs and supervise content publishing in Contentful; publish updates directly as needed.
• Lead CRO and web analytics efforts; plan and execute A/B tests.
• Define metrics and build dashboards connecting pages to engagement and revenue.
• Drive improvements in page speed and Core Web Vitals in partnership with Engineering and Design.
