Matterport in Arlington, VA seeks a Senior Web Manager to own the global web presence across domains built on Contentful. You will drive a unified roadmap, oversee content updates, and partner with product, engineering, design, and marketing to optimize conversion and revenue.

You’ll lead an experimentation program, measure key metrics, and report to leadership. A strong background in CRO, analytics, and ecommerce is required.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 10+ years of professional web/digital experience.
• 8+ years in web, digital, growth, demand generation, or ecommerce with proven conversion improvements.
• Proficiency with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, APIs, Core Web Vitals; analytics/tagging tools like GA4, GTM.

Mansioni

• Own one prioritized Web Roadmap across Matterport's domains.
• Coordinate with Product, Engineering, Design, Creative, Marketing; publish updates in Contentful.
• Define metrics for visit-to-order rate, form conversion, and revenue impact; run experiments (A/B tests).
• Own web performance reporting and dashboards; partner on landing experiences and promotions.
• Improve page speed, Core Web Vitals, and SEO alignment across domains.
