This role requires cross-functional leadership across Product, Engineering, Sales, and Marketing, with a focus on teamwork, risk management, and customer experience to accelerate digital twin creation for clients worldwide.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive leadership experience in service delivery or operations.
• Experience owning and operating a $15M P&L with revenue growth and margins.
• Proven track record scaling service operations and driving growth.
• Strong strategic thinking and translating vision into actionable plans.
• Experience with vendor management, logistics, and supply chain best practices.
• Excellent cross-functional leadership and stakeholder influence.
• Results-oriented with accountability and customer focus.
• High emotional intelligence and team development.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute global strategy for Capture Services and growth initiatives.
• Oversee service delivery infrastructure, vendor management, QA, and integration.
• Manage budget, forecasting, and resource allocation for financial targets.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Marketing to align offerings.
• Lead and mentor a global team and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
• Establish metrics to monitor customer satisfaction and service quality.
• Manage operational risks and regulatory compliance.
