Job summary

Matterport, Inc. invites applications for a Senior Web Manager to own the global web presence across multiple domains built on Contentful. You will report to the Senior Director of Demand Generation and be responsible for maintaining fast, growth-focused sites.

You will lead conversion optimization, instrument key metrics, and drive a unified web roadmap with cross-functional partners. This role is on-site in Arlington, VA.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years in web, digital, growth, demand generation, or ecommerce with documented web-conversion improvements.
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript and analytics/tagging tools (GA4, GTM).

Responsibilities

• Own the Web Roadmap across Matterport domains and coordinate with Product, Eng, Design, Creative and Marketing.
• Lead conversion optimization for orders and lead forms; instrument metrics and run experiments (A/B tests).
• Publish updates directly in Contentful and manage site health and performance dashboards.
• Drive page speed, Core Web Vitals, and SEO/technical optimization in collaboration with Eng and SEO teams.
