Resumo da oferta

Amo is seeking an early Web Engineer to own the user-facing web and help bring our apps to life in Paris. You will partner with product, engineering and growth to ship fast, polished experiences from first link to app entry.

You’ll work across consumer web surfaces, implement deep linking, OG metadata, analytics tracking with Amplitude, and growth experiments, all while owning performance, reliability and a modern stack.

Qualificações

• 5+ years of professional experience building consumer-facing web products.
• Deep expertise in React / Next.js, TypeScript and Node.js.
• Strong understanding of web performance: rendering strategies (SSR, edge, static), caching, CDNs, Core Web Vitals, and how mobile and in-app browsers behave.
• Hands-on experience with deep linking, Universal Links / App Links and attribution. Experience with App Clips is a big plus.
• Experience designing analytics taxonomies and running experiments, and real care for data quality.
• A growth mindset: you think in funnels and conversion rates, and you love moving a metric.
• Strong product and visual taste. You notice the 2px misalignment and the 100ms delay.
• Comfortable working autonomously across frontend and backend. Knowledge of infrastructure (Bazel, GCP, Kubernetes) is a plus.
• Passion and experience building consumer-facing products. We’d love to hear about things you’ve shipped!

Responsabilidades

• Building fast, beautiful, conversion-focused web experiences that show off our apps at their best, from the first link someone taps to the moment they open the app.
• Owning the bridge between web and app: Universal Links, App Links, deferred deep linking, attribution, and App Clips.
• Making everything shared from our apps look great everywhere it lands, including generating dynamic OG metadata and preview images at scale.
• Designing and maintaining our event tracking taxonomy (Amplitude) so that the data is consistent, well organized and trusted across teams.
• Identifying and shipping new ways to improve acquisition and conversion through funnel analysis, hypotheses and experiments.
• Owning architecture, performance, monitoring and reliability of everything you ship.
