United States Digital Space LLC is seeking a Web Engineer to lead web development for our trading-focused products. You will collaborate with design, product management, and internal platforms to ship high-impact features centered on the web, with a strong emphasis on performance.

This role is based in our Menlo Park, CA office, with additional sites in New York and Toronto, and requires in-person attendance at least three days a week.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of full-time professional web development experience with modern standards, technologies, and frameworks.
• Proficient in JavaScript with Node and browser debugging.
• Obsessed with building a best-in-class developer experience.
• Have a track record of successfully leading projects and delivering large scope technical projects at scale.
• High standard for code quality and testing practices.

Responsibilities

• Create high-quality, performant features using React, TypeScript, and CSS-in-JS.
• Own features from inception to launch, acting as the web expert on the team.
• Build and improve tools to support company operations and platforms.
• Collaborate with design and product teams to ship financial products.
• Develop frameworks to accelerate and empower other developers.
