Oklahoma State University is seeking a Web and Digital Specialist to support the Web Coordinator for OSU Center for Health Sciences. The role designs, develops, and supports the university's digital communications, ensuring accessibility and brand compliance across CMS and WordPress sites.

You will craft email templates, maintain layouts, and analyze web metrics while collaborating with the External Affairs team to meet marketing goals.

Qualificações

Associate's degree in Web development/design, Management of Informatic Systems, Digital Marketing, Strategic Communications, Interdisciplinary or equivalent experience.
Two (2) to five (5) years of professional web development or design experience.
Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript for email and web development.
Experience working with content management systems (CMS) like WordPress and proprietary CMS platforms.
Graphic design skills with experience using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.).
Understanding digital analytics platforms like Google Analytics.
Post-secondary education may substitute for years of required experience.

Responsabilidades

Assist with design, development, and support of the university’s digital communications.
Plan site page layouts and navigation within OSU CMS and WordPress, following brand guidelines.
Design and develop email communications using hard code, ensuring WCAG 2.1 accessibility and brand standards.
Contribute to guidelines, learning materials, and best practices for digital systems and accessibility.
Conduct and report analysis of site traffic, Google Analytics, and other web metrics.
